Our Microsoft Practice brings together a team that have worked together over a 10 year period and  is primarily focused on Microsoft infrastructure and is one of the top AD and Exchange consulting partners for the Houston Microsoft District.  We are the only team to have members participate in both the Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 RDP programs.

The PCPC Direct team is focused on the Houston technology market and has service ties to just almost every Fortune 1000 company in the city. Our management team has over 35 years of experience leading teams of technologists and is focused on building partner level relationships with each of our customers.  Our methodology of customer and project management is to focus equally on both the technology deliverable as well as the financial performance while remaining as flexible as the customer requires.  The financial performance is managed using open communication facilitated by Weekly Status meetings to ensure that the project is delivering to the technical requirements, as well as the financial goals. The Weekly Status Meeting is to ensure that the customer does not experience any surprises during a project.

This core methodology has led a number of our customers to express that projects involving our team  have been the most successful projects in their history.   Core members of the team have been selected as Microsoft Partner of the Year two times here in the South Central District.

Our Principal Consultants are well respected by Microsoft Consulting Service and have participated jointly in AD and Exchange design reviews.  The Principals are leaders on their teams for their respective technologies and are driven to remain on top of their disciplines.      We were the first consulting team to take a customer to Windows 2003 and also the first to take a customer to Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 in Houston.

 

PCPC is primarily focused on Microsoft infrastructure, specifically Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange and Terminal Services.   These competencies also span into supporting technologies such as management and delivery solutions, and third party products to gain the most value out of the technology and associated tools to ensure the most stable platform.
